We will send a Text message 30 minutes before pickup time with the total grooming price. Call or text with a picture of your pet for an estimate.
Service Description
Full Grooming
Includes:
- Haircut
- Nail Trim
- Ear cleaning
- Anal gland expression
- Paw/Pad shave
- Sanitary area shave (around the bottom, private area & stomach)
- Bathing
- Blow-dry
- Brush-out (15 min, extra time de-matting, add $1/min after)
*Flea and Tick Treatment:
If we find Fleas or Ticks, we will apply treatment shampoo for an additional fee (starting at $10).
If you choose not to get treatment, we have to send your pet home without Grooming.
We like to keep our grooming facility clean and safe for all the pets we care for.
Basic Grooming
Recommended if you prefer Longer Style hair or don’t have time for Brushing at home.
This package is for pets who don’t need haircut and in between maintenance for pets that need a haircut. (Does not include Haircut)

- Nail trim
- Ear cleaning (cleaning inside ear with cleaner, no shaving)
- Anal gland expression (as required)
- Paw/Pad shave
- Sanitary area shave (around bottom, private area & stomach)
- Bathing
- Blow-dry
- Brush out (15 min, extra time de-matting, add $1/min after)

*We Do NOT Pluck Ear Hair!
Instead of plucking, we shave or trim ear hair as much as possible.
If your pet won’t stay still for ear trimming, we skip it for safety reasons.
Plucking ear hair is Painful and irritates inner ear skin. Pets can feel uncomfortable and scratch ears after ear hair plucking.
THERE IS NO BENEFIT FOR ANIMALS.
THAT IS WHY WE DON’T PLUCK EAR HAIR.
*Paw pads/Sanitary Shave:
Please let us know if your pet is not used to a close shave for this area, some pets feel Itchy after shaving. We can skip it or leave the hair longer for this area.
*Anal glands expression:
We will check to see how full the glands are. We will lightly express the glands if they are full.
*Bath & Blow-Dry:
If your pet has sensitive skin, please let us know. For long lasting freshness, preventing tangles, preventing skin problems and a better finish, we do have an add on menu.

*Nail trim:
Since we trim nails as short as possible, sometime bleeding happens. It is especially hard to see the quick for black nails. Also, if the quick is already long, sometimes we cannot trim much.
Some pets that don't like nail trimming may try to move a lot or kick while trimming, making the bleeding risk high. When bleeding from nails happens, we use “Quick Stop Powder” to stop bleeding.
Once it stops, usually it will not bleed again unless the nail is scratched hard (like on a long walk) so nails may start bleeding again. We do our best but we can't trim nails close to the quick without this risk.
After Basic Grooming or Full Grooming:
